1. Click on "Trainee Access"
To attend a training course, log in to your account by clicking on Trainee Access.
2. Enter your username and password to log in.
3. How can I access a training course?
3.1 Click here to access my courses
3.2 You can select your current training course, then click on Start training
- In the Trainings in progress tab, start or resume a training course you need to complete:
- In the Completed trainings tab, download your certificate of completion:
3.3 You can now take your training course and leave it at any time. Click on the Continue button each time you log back in.
4. Trainee Resources
4.1 Upon your first login, click on the Resources tab located at the top of the training course.
4.2 You can then download the Trainee material
5. My screen is blank and I cannot start my training. What should I do?
It may also be caused by blocked pop-ups, so you need to allow pop-ups in your browser :

6. If you are taking courses 11.2.3.10, 11.2.3.9, 11.2.3.6, 11.2.3.7, or 11.2.3.8
To access your final test, you must contact the person who enrolled you in the training course so they can grant you access to the final assessment.
- In the First Name and Last Name field, your manager must enter their own name (the person who enrolled you in the training course).
- In the Final Test Access field, enter the access code that was sent to your manager in the training registration email, then tick the checkbox.
- Once this information has been entered, you will be able to access the final test.
